Oh the ever elusive, restful sleep. Being a mom means wearing SO MANY different hats and taking care of ourselves can sometimes be the last on the list. I have spent too much time in my 20s not taking self care into consideration and I’m really starting to fill the aftermath in my 30s. One of the most important lesson I’ve learned is to value sleep like my life depends on it. (it really does ha!). Self care to me means investing in a peaceful sanctuary for restful sleep.
