I love to cook! Well, minus the chopping, the portioning and the clean up. I guess what I mean to say is I love the idea of cooking. As a full time working mommy, it is very challenging to prepare a delicious meal with all the right herbs and spices the whole family will enjoy.

They say, when the baby starts crawling and walking, it is a total game changer. Boy were they right! I completely underestimated the amount of energy it takes to keep up with Kai. Now she is 18 months old and just in to everything in the house. Whenever we go the park or on a picnic, sitting down is a luxury. One of us must be constantly chasing after her all the time! The struggle is so real mamas!
